Retail buyers judge a box of tissue in the hand before they judge it on price: the box has to hold its shape, the film has to be tight, and the pull has to come out one sheet at a time. We build the sample against those three things, then match the print to your artwork so the shelf impression survives the container.

The box is a shelf object, so the format is decided by how the retailer wants to stack it, not only by the sheet inside.

What we need to quote a box
- Box type, dimensions, pull count, ply and gsm
- Artwork for the carton and for any film wrap, in vector or print-ready file
- Barcode (EAN/UPC) and the country of sale, for the variable data
- Pack configuration: single, 3-pack, 5-pack, shrink tray
- Carton count and pallet plan, if your warehouse specifies them
Where a private-label box goes wrong
- Carton board lighter than the artwork demands. Dark ink on thin board shows the score lines. We match board weight to the design, not to the cheapest quote.
- A barcode printed too close to the fold. The scanner fails at the till, and the retail chain charges it back to you.
- A pull count that does not fill the box. Empty headspace reads as a smaller product; the box must be built around the sheet.
- Country-of-origin text added after the plates were made. Changing it later means a new plate.

Can you copy our existing box exactly?
Yes, if you send a physical sample or the die line. We measure it, confirm the board and the film, and quote against that spec. Copying a box is normal in this business — what we do not do is copy another brand's artwork.

Which pulp grades can you run?
We run virgin wood pulp, recycled pulp, and 100% bamboo pulp in white and natural (unbleached) grades. Tell us the grade you need on the shelf and we confirm what matches it.
How long is production?
