Bright Paper Co., Ltd. makes tissue and napkins in Jiangmen, Guangdong. Two decades in the paper industry belt, a plant that prints and packs its own output, and a sales desk that answers with specifications rather than with adjectives.
What we are
A manufacturer. We buy reel, convert it, print it, pack it and load it. The person who answers your question about gsm or fold can walk to the line that runs it. The factory was founded in 2007 and has held ISO 9001:2015 since 2017 — two different dates, and buyers sometimes read one as the other. The second workshop came online in March 2026. Capacity was added, not rented.
The customers we built this for
Importers and distributors who are tired of a quotation that changes after the deposit. Own-brand programmes that need a factory willing to run a test batch before committing to a container. Hospitality and food-service buyers who need the pack to fit the dispenser they already installed.
Why small batches
Small-batch printing is not a marketing line for us — it is the reason a new customer can try us without betting a container on it, and the reason an existing customer can test a new market or a new pack before the full run. Printed napkins and pocket tissue: from 200 bags. Box tissue, soft pack and commercial hand towel: from 10,000 packs. Kitchen towel: from 10,000 rolls.

The paper belt we work in
Jiangmen sits in the Pearl River Delta paper industry belt, within reach of the Shenzhen and Guangzhou ports. That location does three things for a buyer: reel arrives quickly, the skill base for converting and printing is deep, and the loading port is a short haul from the plant.
What we deliberately do not do
- We do not sell mother reels as a commodity business.
- We do not run a stationery or gifting catalogue — the range is tissue, and the plant is built around it.
- We do not promise a lead time that assumes the press is free; we check the booking before we write the date.
- We do not put a certification on a page that we cannot post you a copy of.
