Both workshops, from the air

Filmed over the site: two workshops, 35,000 m² in total, 38 production lines. Converting, printing and packing all happen inside them.

What the plant does

We buy tissue in reel, then convert it: folding napkins, cutting and packing facial tissue, rolling kitchen towel, folding hand towel. Printing happens in the same building, which is what makes a small printed run economic and what makes a colour problem fixable inside a shift.

Documents

Every shipment travels with the commercial documents. On top of those, buyers ask us for quality-management evidence, testing reports, chain-of-custody where it exists, and the production record for their order. ISO 9001:2015 for quality management — certificate F03726Q00267R302, issued by AMTIVO (UKAS- and IAF-accredited), first certified 8 August 2017, current issue 6 August 2026, valid to 5 August 2029, scope: the manufacture of toilet paper and tissue paper; verifiable at certcheck.ukas.com, amtivocn.com or cnca.gov.cn; a SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) social-compliance audit carried out by Intertek Shenzhen on 27 May 2026, reference ZAA600207145 — the certificate number and scan travel with the quotation. Where your market asks for SGS or BV testing, a social-compliance audit or a chain-of-custody certificate, we arrange the test or the audit for that order rather than claim a badge we do not hold.

The three checks that decide a shipment

Quality is not a certificate on the wall; it is three specific moments in the process where a problem is caught.

Capacity, in the numbers we quote

38 production lines across two workshops totalling 35,000 m², 67.8 million packs a month, and up to 20 containers a week at peak. The plant runs with 98 people on the payroll, including the quality, print and packing teams, so the quality checks and the print proofing are done in-house rather than bought in. The peak number is a peak, not a promise: booking is per item, and a buyer who needs a container a week every week should ask for the booking window in writing before committing a contract to it.

The plant runs across 38 lines, so a single line going down for maintenance does not stop an order — it is re-slotted. That is also why we can run small printed batches and a full container in the same week without one starving the other.

Quality documents you can check yourself

Every line below can be verified without asking us for a favour: the assessment and the audit carry public reference numbers, and the test reports are numbered by the lab that issued them. Where a document is not public, we send the full copy with the quotation.

Recognitions behind the paperwork

Alongside the quality certificate we hold three enterprise qualifications issued by Chinese authorities. They are not product certifications and we do not present them as such — but they tell you how the company is run, which is the part a price list never shows.

What a visit looks like

A factory visit is worth doing once, at the start. We arrange the lines that match your item, the samples you asked about, and the person who can answer for each stage. Audit teams get the same access plus the records they ask for; third-party inspection before loading is normal and welcome.
